The other day I was on facebook and had a great conversation back and forth though personal message about marketing and it brought us to the idea of a back up plan.
It was somewhat comical as the other end of the conversation thought that I was getting into marketing to be my back up. So I had to quickly let them know that the back up plan really relates to what you currently might be doing as you get into marketing.
So many people out there are looking to get into marketing, which is not a bad thing if you go about it the right way. They contact me and say they want to know the best way to get to X Thousand dollars a month as fast as possible.
Well, it is possible to do it, but not probable.
Online marketing take a shitload of work.
You need to be able to put your time in AND not give up after the first month if things do not go well for you.
You might fail like you have never failed before!
You might spend more money than you ever have before and owe on your credit card.
You might have to stay up late and work until your head is bobbing and you are falling asleep at your computer.
You might fail again.
You will see little successes and maybe even a big success.
You will recruit people to try things (most likely because they trust you)
You will have your recruits leave because of all the same reasons I am talking about here!
