GVO Support Saves my 226 Blog Posts
Today I went and looked at my blog post to see see how it looked formatted on another computer outside of my own and was stopped dead in my tracks when I noticed that all 226 blog posts I have created over the past couple years were absolutely gone.
I had tried to update some settings and create a new sidebar image and also added a couple plugins within the past 24 hours so I was not sure if something happened to mess up the whole system.
As always the GVO support team kicked some serious butt and saves my 226 blog posts.
Apparently there was a corrupt file or code within my blog that they were able to fix and not my posts are all back as though they were never gone in the first place.
I do get blog database backups and would highly suggests that you follow that protocol as well as take other precautions like saving your blog posts in word format (or html) if needed to re-upload at another time.
I have been using GVO to host my websites and blogs since 2009 and have always found their support to be wonderful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a website online or start a business.
