One of the things you need to do in order to be successful is to do things consistently.
Your daily discipline will take you far if you refuse to quit and stick with it.
Take your health for example: If you put lots of alcohol and drugs into it, you feel like crap...though put good stuff in there and you feel like you can take over the world.
One of the things I make sure I do daily is Fiber Up!
Either in capsule form with water, or added as powder form with my protein shake.

Just know this...When I first started using the fiber I dropped about 10 pounds!
