This video explains the Empower Network New Compensation Plan June 2014 Update
In this video I demonstrate how the Empower Network new compensation plan for June 2014 will work out for their various training courses and online marketing services.
The Empower Network is now using a reverse powerline pass up system where your sponsor will get the commissions on the 1st, 3rd, 5th and every 5th (Ex. #10, 15, 20, 25 etc.) member you bring into a specific product.
This means you gain the commissions on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 11th-14th, 16th-19th, 21st-24th, etc.
Once someone is in your powerline then, you would gain their 1st, 3rd, 5th and every 5th after that which has completely changed the downline building and recruiting to provide unlimited depth with full commissions. While many MLM’s, or Multi Level Marketing, companies have shared commissions down 10 levels or so and provide a small percent paid out, Empower network is still paying out 100% commission down as many levels as you can grow.
The idea is that in reality you only need to help one person get one recruit, or downline member.
Seems like an easy enough task huh! Why stop there when you can help them not only get their first member, but you also want them to get their second, so that you can have the pass up for the third, then you want them to get a fourth person so that you will get another passup on ther fifth.
Here is where it gets fun as you really need to start training and helping these new members get their first couple members as well and continue the pass up frenzy that can occur.
Now old school network marketers who may have been viewing Empower network from the sidelines are really going to want to get involved with the company as it is an easier way to build and grow faster than having to wait until the passups occurred in the second recruit.
More often than not, the second recruit never happened as many people would quit or never even get their first member, thus the pass ups were very limited.
As the Empower Network is really a generic training tool with some of the best marketing training around, members of ANY MLM can join and it should not effect their companies terms and agreements as they are not participating in a company that is selling a competitive product.
Most people who are in companies like Arbonne, Market America, Wake Up Not, VIsalus, Hebalife, Amway and many others can participate and benefit from the marketing knowledge they will obtain through the core courses and trainings which include but are not limited to:

When you through in the Inner Circle and other courses like “Hight Ticket Academy” and the “Internet traffic formula” with “Your biggest month ever” it is a complete package that all network marketers need in order to be successful in their companies promotions.
Please do your due diligence to verify that working with Empower network does not breach your contract with your company, though they would be fools to let you go for trying to learn more and selling more of their products.
